This compact urban garden in West Sussex is designed around water, with gentle rills running through it. Buff sawn Yorkstone paving for the patio brings warm, sandy tones. Pleached trees frame the garden, giving it height and screening the views from the gardens nearby.
Climbing plants and espalier fruit trees along the perimeter walls join the garden together and give a sense of enclosure. Pockets of colourful perennials sit beside the water, close to the seating areas.
