SHOW GARDEN DESIGN
Show gardens are a wonderful opportunity for talented gardeners to come together and share their talent and love of gardening with others. They are places where plants can be seen at their absolute best, showcased in exciting and beautiful new ways. People come from all over the world to visit the UK’s show gardens and get inspired.
Naomi has an exquisite and impressive history as an award-winning show garden designer with two Chelsea Flower Show medals and is delighted to regularly take part in horticulture competitions throughout the UK. Over the years, she has been involved with numerous gold medal-winning show gardens, including The Lagom Garden at Hampton Court (2019), ‘At One’ Garden, Tatton Park (2018), Garden for Blind Veterans UK at Hampton Court (2017) and a Garden for Crohn’s Disease at Hampton Court (2016).

CHELSEA FLOWER SHOW 2021
In 2021, Naomi designed another breathtaking garden for the Chelsea Flower Show titled, Finding Our Way – An NHS Tribute Garden. The garden is a celebration of the NHS and the relentless care and support its staff provided during the Coronavirus pandemic. The design celebrates nurses, doctors, physiotherapists, pharmacists, porters, technicians, and other unseen and unsung staff who have kept the health service running during unprecedented times.
With its beautiful hardwood canopy, rills, pools and planting, the garden offers an immersive experience, recognising the collaboration between UK university researchers and NHS staff to find new treatments and vaccines to counter Coronavirus. Water represents the collective efforts of NHS staff and researchers pulling together, which is depicted through its exploration of the garden’s series of rills and pools, while warm earthy, apricot tones run through the planting, anchored by Acer griseum, Rosa ‘Phyllis Bide’ and R. glauca.
In unison, the planting, hard landscaping and the gentle sound of water provide a safe space for reflection and contemplation, bringing optimism and hope for a brighter future. The message of the garden is that even in the testing times of isolation and lockdown, we are all united by a common aim to support each other.
Naomi is an inspiring and thoughtful designer, and a delight to work with. Her design for our 2018 RHS Chelsea Flower Show garden won an amazing Silver Gilt medal and presented an amazing message about stigma for those living with HIV.

CHELSEA FLOWER SHOW 2018
Naomi was excited to work with renowned HIV partnership, Cherub, at The Chelsea Flower Show. The garden she designed and built was a platform to help raise awareness about young people living with HIV in the UK and beyond. Naomi’s garden aimed to challenge stigmas and promote the message that it’s possible to live well with HIV, as well as highlighting the search for a cure through dedicated scientific research.
We had the pleasure of working with Naomi on two separate Chelsea Show gardens. Her work was truly amazing, from the moment of concept through out the process of design and execution we could not have been more delighted and proud to partner with her and her team. Thank you so much. I hope we’ll be able to experience another show garden together.
